Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Before RIAL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 132, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1974, No. 21. Argued April 19, 1976.
