Criminal proceedings. Rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and robbery. Before McCLELLAND, J. No. 771 Pittsburgh 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Criminal Division, No. 1421 of 1979. Argued April 28, 1982.
