Appeal, No. 382, Jan. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1963, No. 236, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. George A. Mount. Judgment of sentence imposing death penalty vacated, judgment of sentence imposing imprisonment for life entered.

Proceeding on determination of qualifications of witness and reconsideration of sentence upon remand by Supreme Court.

Opinion filed determining witness to be qualified and reaffirming judgment of sentence, opinion by WEINROTT, J. Defendant appealed.
