Indictments charging defendant with possession, manufacture or delivery of controlled substances. Before MARUTANI, J. Defendant pleaded guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2367, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 7607-0746-7, 7606-1753. Submitted June 27, 1978.
