Indictments charging defendant with robbery and criminal conspiracy. Before KING, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 616, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1973, Nos. 409 and 410. Argued June 13, 1975.
