Indictment charging defendant with armed robbery, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent. Before HEIMBACH, P.J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeal, No. 415, April T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nov. T., 1968, Nos. 19, 195 and 196. Submitted November 13, 1970.
