Indictments charging defendants with conspiracy and setting up and maintaining an illegal lottery. Before SMITH, JR., J. Appeals, Nos. 1233 and 1234, Oct. T., 1971, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1968, No. 1490, and Aug. T., 1969, No. 61. Argued March 20, 1972.
