March 23, 1979.

Indictments charging defendant with robbery, burglary and several weapon offenses. Before GOLDMAN, J. Demurrer sustained as to carrying a firearm without a license. Defendant found guilty on remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2036, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, August T., 1976, Nos. 78-784. Submitted June 27, 1978.
