Indictments charging defendants with cheating by fraudulent pretenses, fraudulent conversion and conspiracy to cheat and defraud. Before GROSHENS, P.J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 656, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, April T., 1973, No. 408, and Nos. 1717, 1719, and 1721 of 1973. Argued December 4, 1974.
