Indictments charging defendant with armed robbery, receiving stolen goods, aggravated assault and battery, illegal possession of dangerous drugs, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before RIDGE, J. Appeal, No. 502, April T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nov. T., 1970, Nos. 7778, 7801, 7802, and 7803. Argued November 12, 1971.
