Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Before JOHNSTONE, JR., P.J. Appeal, No. 49, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 931 and 932 of 1973. Argued March 20, 1975.
