Criminal proceedings. Appeal of the summary offense of operating a vehicle on a highway in excess of the maximum gross weight limits permitted by the Vehicle Code. Before COFFROTH, J. No. 245 Apr. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County, No. 383 of 1978. Argued November 12, 1979.
