Indictment charging defendant with sodomy, taking indecent liberties, aggravated assault and battery, and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before FAWCETT, J. Appeal, No. 266, April T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Sept. T., 1968, No. 229. Submitted November 9, 1970.
