Indictments charging defendant with reckless driving, failure to stop at the signal of a police officer, underage drinking and harassment. Before STIVELY, J. Verdict of guilty on all indictments except reckless driving and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 765, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, No. 1225 of 1975. Argued September 14, 1976.
