Indictment charging defendant with theft. Before CUNNINGHAM, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 86, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of York County, May T., 1975, No. 919. Submitted March 14, 1977.
