February 23, 1979. Petition for Allowance of Appeal Denied May 21, 1979.

Indictments charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking and retail theft. Before APPEL, J., without a jury. Defendant pleaded guilty and judgment of sentence entered. After hearing before APPEL, J., order entered denying defendant's motion challenging the legality of sentence. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 147, October T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 259 and 260 of 1977. Submitted March 20, 1978.
