Appeal, No. 86, Jan. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1972, No. 286, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Charles McFarland. Judgment of sentence affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder. Before SCHWARTZ, J., without a jury.

Plea of guilty to voluntary manslaughter accepted and judgment entered thereon. Defendant appealed.
