Criminal proceedings. Robbery, possession of instruments of crime, carrying firearms on public street as public property, unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm without a license in a vehicle, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats. Before GUARINO, J. No. 1413 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Philadelphia, Apr. T., 1977, Nos. 1030-31.
