Indictments charging defendant with attempted murder, aggravated assault and retail theft. Before WICKERSHAM, J. Verdict of guilty of aggravated assault and retail theft and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 39, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 2003 of 1974. Submitted March 8, 1976.
