Indictments charging defendant with theft of movable property, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and criminal mischief. Before BROWN, J., non-jury. Order entered sustaining defendant's demurrer to charge of criminal mischief. Finding of guilty as to receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2120, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 3869-76. Submitted June 12, 1978.
