Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, aggravated assault, possession of instruments of crime, concealed weapon and prohibitive offensive weapons. Before SMITH, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 131, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1976, Nos. 2423 and 2424. Argued December 6, 1978.
