Indictments charging defendant with theft by deception. Before ACKER, J. Verdict of guilty. Defendant's motion in arrest of judgment as to one count granted and judgment of sentence entered as to remaining counts. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 443, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Sept. T., 1975, Nos. 33, 34, and 36. Submitted November 8, 1976.
