Indictment charging defendant with setting up or maintaining a numbers game, allowing persons to collect and assemble for the purpose of unlawful gambling and engaging in poolselling and bookmaking. Before SAWYER, P.J. Verdict of guilty of unlawfully setting up or maintaining a numbers game and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 940, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 4 of 1976. Submitted April 11, 1977.
