The judgment of conviction of armed assault in a dwelling and the accompanying sentence for that offense (15 to 20 years at M.C.I., Cedar Junction, to be served concurrently with other sentences) are vacated. With respect to the other convictions, the orders denying the defendant's motions to withdraw guilty pleas and for a new trial and for reconsideration and amendment are affirmed.
