Murder, attempt with intent to kill and murder, aggravated robbery, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, unlawful carrying of firearms without a license and criminal conspiracy. Before BLAKE, J. No. 133 Philadelphia 1981. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, Nos. 1107/1112, July T., 1971.
