Indictments charging defendant with robbery, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, criminal conspiracy and carrying a concealed firearm without a license. Before CICCHETTI, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 77, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Nos. 328 and 328 1/4 of 1974. Argued April 16, 1976.
