Proceedings upon petition by defendant to dismiss indictment under Pa.R.Crim.P. 1100. Before MONROE, P.J. Order entered granting petition to dismiss indictment and dismissing petition by Commonwealth for an extension of time in which to commence trial. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 80, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 1164 of 1975. Argued March 17, 1976.
