Criminal proceedings. Burglary, rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, robbery, criminal conspiracy and simple and aggravated assault. Before PORTER, J. No. 1663 Oct. T., 1976. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division of Philadelphia, 75-01-954.
