Indictment charging defendant with forgery, theft by deception, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before HONEYMAN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1398, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 2663 of 1976. Submitted December 6, 1977.
