Appeal, No. 91, May T., 1967, from order of Court of Oyer and Terminer of York County, Oct. T., 1964, No. 9, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Jose Paneto Maisonet. Order affirmed.

Petition under Post Conviction Hearing Act.

Petition dismissed, order by SHADLE, J. Defendant appealed.
