Criminal proceedings. Statutory rape, indecent assault, and the corruption of the morals of a minor. Defendant's motion for new trial denied. Before CHERRY, J. No. 384 Apr. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, Nos. 1173, 1173A and 1173B of 1978.
