Appeal, No. 323, Jan. T., 1968, from order of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Delaware County, June T., 1966, Nos. 388 and 389, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Ralph Madison. Order affirmed.

Proceeding under Post Conviction Hearing Act by defendant serving sentence for second degree murder.

Petition dismissed after hearing before DIGGINS, J. Defendant appealed.

Ralph Madison, appellant, in propria persona.
