Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny and conspiracy to commit burglary and larceny and conspiracy to do an unlawful act. Before SCIRICA, P.J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2273, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, July T., 1973, Nos. 41 and 538. Submitted March 21, 1977.
