Criminal proceedings. Promoting prostitution and criminal solicitation. Before DOWLING, J. No. 161 Harrisburg 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Criminal Division, Nos. 562 and 562A CD of 1979. Argued June 24, 1981.
