Indictments charging defendant with kidnapping, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and unlawful possession of instruments of crime. Before GUARINO, J. Appeal, No. 1061, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 461, 462, and 463. Argued December 11, 1975.
