Appeals, Nos. 525 and 526, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Aug. T., 1965, Nos. 367, 368, and 369. Indictment charging defendant with corrupting the morals of a minor, assault and battery, indecent assault, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, and sodomy. Argued September 13, 1966.
