Indictments charging defendant with attempted murder, aggravated and simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person. Before MOUNTENAY, J. Order entered denying defendant's motion in arrest of judgment and for a new trial, order by WALSH, Jr., J. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 997, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 2696 of 1976. Argued March 19, 1979.
