Indictments charging defendant with simple and aggravated assault, and possession of instruments of crime. Before DiBONA, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime generally and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1318, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1976, Nos. 1353 and 1354. Submitted March 29, 1978.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.
