Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and aggravated robbery. Before DINUBILE, J. Appeals, Nos. 931 and 932, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1968, Nos. 386 and 387. Submitted September 21, 1970.
