Criminal proceedings. Carrying a firearm without a license, altering or obliterating marks of identification on a weapon, possession of instruments of crime, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Before LAVELLE and DOLBIN, JJ. No. 1371 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County, Criminal Division, No. 466 of 1979. Submitted February 18, 1981.
