Before BELL, C. J., MUSMANNO, JONES, EAGEN, O'BRIEN and ROBERTS, JJ.

Appeal, No. 138, March T., 1967, from order of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Beaver County, May T., 1965, No. 7, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. William Lewis and Samuel Filippi. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 209 Pa. Super. 724.

Indictments charging defendants with burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods. Before REED, P. J., specially presiding.

Verdicts of guilty against both defendants, defendants' motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgments of sentence entered. Defendants appealed to Superior Court which affirmed judgments. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.

Henry J. Albaugh, with him George A. Baldwin, Jr., for appellants. George E. James, Assistant District Attorney, with him Robert J. Masters, District Attorney, for Commonwealth, appellee.


Order affirmed.
