Appeal, No. 26, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Superior Court, No. 229, Oct. T., 1969, affirming order of Court of Quarter Sessions of Delaware County, March T., 1966, Nos. 525 and 526, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Marvin Lewis. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 215 Pa. Super. 743.

Petition for post-conviction relief. Before SAND, J.

Petition denied. Petitioner appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the order of the court below, opinion per curiam. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
