Defendant entered pleas of guilty to six counts of robbery, seven counts of burglary and five counts of rape. Judgment of sentence entered. Order entered denying defendant's motion to withdraw the guilty pleas, order by SMITH, J. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1472, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April Term, 1976, Nos. 1889/1899, 2150/2171. Argued December 5, 1978.
