Indictments charging defendant with rape, aggravated assault, conspiracy and robbery. Before O'BRIEN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of attempted rape, conspiracy, aggravated assault and robbery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 359 and 360, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. 7502238A and 7502240A. Submitted April 12, 1976.
