Indictments charging defendant with perjury, false imprisonment and theft by extortion. Before KUBACKI, J. Verdict of guilty of perjury and false imprisonment and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1073, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 774 to 777, inclusive. Argued June 22, 1976.
