Indictment charging defendant with armed robbery, burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before SMITH, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 246, April T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1970, No. 27. Argued November 8, 1971.
