Indictments charging defendant with forcible rape, aggravated robbery, assault and battery, and aggravated assault and battery. Before LAGAKOS, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 724 to 727, inclusive, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1969, Nos. 125 to 128, inclusive. Argued June 16, 1972.
