Criminal proceedings. Promoting prostitution in violation of 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 5902(b)(3). Before CALDWELL, J. No. 193 Harrisburg 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Criminal Division, No. 489 CD of 1978.
