Indictments charging defendant with corrupting the morals of a minor, sodomy, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, and assault and battery with intent to ravish and rape. Before KALLICK, J. Appeals, Nos. 1131 and 1132, Oct. T., 1968, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1965, Nos. 594 and 596. Argued March 21, 1969.
