Indictments charging defendants with riot and assault by a prisoner. Before HONEYMAN, J. Appeals, Nos. 264, 265, and 266, Oct. T., 1968, from judgments of sentence of Criminal Courts of Montgomery County, June T., 1966, No. 12. Argued June 10, 1968.

The judgments of sentence in all three of the above appeals are affirmed.
